Stand alone DVD player playable MP3 DVD

Hi everybody,

I burn some mp3 file into DVD used Roxio Easy CD and DVD Creator v6.

The mp3 DVD can only play in the PC but not the stand alone DVD player.

Can anyone tell me how to make mp3 DVD which can be played back in stand alone DVD player, please?

A lot of DVD players will simply not play mp3 from DVD media, only CD.
The situation in this respect does seem to be improving with newer players though.

And they are generally pretty cheap these days. I just got a player that will play DVD mp3's as well as most other formats for just £29.50

Now I know that is the player problem rather than I did something wrong with the MP3 DVD.
