i keep getting this error using tmpgenc plus

read error occured at address 00012F40 of module "tempgenc.exe" with 20656850

i've serched all the threads and cannot find one that addresses this problem

can someone please tell me how to fix this or at least tell me what the error means

or do a new search, just change your spelling (tmpgenc.exe instead of tempgenc.exe))
