I guess I'm lucky because given all the problems I've had with the MedioStudio Pro DVD plug-in, I decided to try Sonic MyDVD, which was bundled with my Pioneer A03 burner, and didn't have any significant problems. However, I noticed that action sequences in the final DVD (when played on my set-top player) are blurred. For example, when one of my subjects is filmed on a street corner, he appears in sharp focus through the entire sequence, but a car that drives by in the background is blurred.
Some more background info:
The original footage was shot on a Sony DV camcorder and captured in AVI format to MSP. I then used MSP to convert the file to MPEG-2 and used MyDVD to create and burn the disk.
I suspect it may have something to do with bit rates (which I set a variable), but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
