dvdrebuilder .52 doesnt work

I did have dvdrebuilder .50 which worked ok, then i downloaded .52 5 times from 3 different locations and it wont even start just comes up with runtime error 5 , anyone got any ideas why this version wont start

I use dvd rebuilder together with dvd43 to decrypt dvds on-the-fly. I received the same error message when dvd rebuilder was trying to access the protected DVD in the drive - (I forgot to start dvd43 first to unencrypt it)
