Really weird

I tried to rip the Region 2 Pitch black, this disc played fine in the PS2, but the disc would not load in the PC, I tried the standard restart and all of that. It worked with other discs (Gladiator, Fight club). Basically the Drive refused to acknowledge the pitch black disc existed... it would scan for about 5 mins then give up, wouldn't show up in explorer and so no ripping software could get at it. Anyone heard of this prob. It's a Samsung SD-612

maybe your drive is a region 1 or other region if u dont know go download CDVDinfo then check if it is only one region u have to get a region free firmware you can get the firmware here: http://www.firmware.fr.st/ ...i do not suggest to flash your Drive if u dont know how

Oh don't worry, it's the right region The drive just plain wouldn't accept it Don't worry I'm not a noobie so I know it's not the basic stuff.
