I am in the market for a TV Tuner I am going to build my own PVR I was wondering if there is something else I should look at, Hauppague PVR350 has allot of good features and great reviews, Thanks

Well the hauppauge wintv pvr250 is very goodIt lacks the onboard decoder and fm tuner that the 350 has. But it is just as good. (mpeg only
). But it's excellent for quick capturing and authoring.

---I don't know the price difference but my guess it the 250 is at least $50USD cheaper than the 350 (though those prices may have changed since I last bought mine 2 years ago) ---
