Problems getting a video file burnt onto DVD

Video 934Kbps 23.976 fps XVID Mpeg-4 and i'm supported for it
Audio 125Kbps 48000 Hz 2 Channels MPEG Layer-3 and i'm supported

When i put it in to my DVD authoring program, neoDVDplus, i get a message saying it's trying to access the quicktime server to get an update i need and then says it doesnt have the update.

I tried putting the file into TMPGEnc and it says i'm not supported.

I set up the enviroment settings as it says to do in an FAQ and it still says i'm upsupported

Read the guides a bit better.

Basically you need to extract the audio to a wav, process the video in tmpgenc plus, and you can use 2lame in tmpgplus to do the audio to mp2.
