  1. If I have the theater dts audio discs how can I rip the files from the discs so i end up with .dts files? I want to resync them with the dvd video.

    get DTS-6D or DTS-6DA and a 6 or 8 channel digital input card ..

this will cost you anywhere for $7000-$11,000 plus a pc ...

I have both of the above btw ..

those are for use with film except in few cases where they have smpte sync on them for use with some custom Hd or d-cinema systems...

you are generally not supposed to have them as DTS owns them ..

the DTS proccess on theater disks is different than on what's on a dvd disk.
