hi,
is there a programm that can change the length of a soundfile (not cutting)faster than cooledit? after changing the framerate from 23,97 to 25 i have to correct the sound-length. but cooledit needs about 2 hours for 1h40min.
or is there a way to do that directly with the compressed sound without converting it to wav first and reencode later?
