first is there any way to specify a start time or frame for encoding?
my second problem is once ive encoded something, typically a larger file like 700+ mb avi, when i try to open it explorer crashes.. the file still plays but exploreres shell closes and opens up again. anyone else encounter this problem?

there is no way to set start and end frames, unless you edit the vobs.Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons. -
found out why my explorer was crashing.. was a bug with the codec i was using and whenever it tried to display a thumbnail it would crash...
anyway that sucks about the start points hopefully it will be implemented on future versions.
