I'm ripping with Smartripper and I use stream prosessing.

I check the video file, language and subtitles - then I save the selection and start ripping.

I've tried DVD Decrypter as well, with the same result....

Then I use DVD2AVI (no subtitles here, but the language is OK) and TMPGEnc (no subtitles here either) to make my mpg-file.

The final mpg-file has no subtitles either...

    What am I doing wrong?

OK - I found out that I had to rip subtitles separately...

And I've done so with VobSub...

With DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc Plus I made an mpg-file.

    And with VobSub I made a sub-file.

With VirtualDub MPEG-2 I loaded the mpg-file and the VobSub-filter - the output-preview was perfect...

Then I tried to start the frameserver, but it only accepts avi-files.

Is the only alternative "Save as avi", or can I save (or framesave) as mpg in some way.

I would like my output to be an mpg-file with subtitles...
