    How do u encode to ntsc film 23.967 for vcd/svcd mpeg 1 and 2. Theres no option for that. There's only ntsc 29.97 or pal 25. When I encode a 23.967 avi file to ntsc on highest quality there's no pixelation but there's tiny horizontal lines in the vid when there's lots of movement on screen. I tried pal and it looks even worse. How do I fix this?

    forgot to mention that I dont touch any of default options before I hit the encode button. Only the quality tab and the target.
