I have a pioneer dv-340. I have burned VCD at 480x352, and SVCD at 480x480. It only play on a corner of my TV without filling the whole TV screen. Any body have a solution ?

Your SVCD are not compliant, I had this exact problem, make sure you have these settings.
480x480, 29.97 frame rate, audio 44100 16 bit.
Frame rate and audio stream is very important. -
What encoder and version are you using?There was a problem like this with TMPG around version 12c - 12d where the SVCD template did not create correct sequence headers in the MPEG file which affects correct aspect ratio and size at playback. Some Pioneer players were among those that had problems with these MPEGs. I think its corrected in the latest version of TMPG but there was also a template patch for the older version.
