    how do i get it so that my quicktime video file that i create using adobe premiere has the option of using mp3 or even mp4 audio. is there like a plug in for this or something?

    I'm not familiar with Premiere but I do know that you could export your movie as an AVI and then use Quicktime Pro to convert to MOV or MP4 with MP4 audio.
