  1. Hi ,

Trying to fix some sd and hd footage that was created for a website for a directors reel.

The following settings were applied to the footage -

    Format - Sorrenson Video 3- 400x300, millions,aac,stereo,44100hrz

    movie fps - 29.97

    data size - 27.86
    data rate 1.72mbs/sec

    duration 2.15

Now in my opinion i would have used the H.264 and had the data rate between 400-600

Can anyone tell me what they would do to this -
The videos load horribly slow on some connections and slower computers

    thanks

You should use the original footage instead of trying to re-compress the Sorensen encoded video.
400x300 is a strange file size and won't compress effectively. Change the dimensions to 400x304. Try 600-700kbps for the bit rate.
