I have used TMPGenc to encode my DV to .m2v and .mpa files. I have converted my raw .wav file to .ac3, and wanted to use Nerovision Express 2 to author and burn the DVD. When I choose "Add Video Files", .m2v is not one of the supported files. How can I get nerovision to accept this file. Also, how do I get it to accept the .ac3 file I have created?

Do I need to use TMPGenc to multiplex the files together into a .mpg file first?

    Thanks!

Well, I ended up usning TMPGenc to multiplex the .m2v file with the .ac3 file. I then used the resulting .mpg file to author and burn using Nerovision Express. It seems to have worked okay. The DVD is playing fine on my player. I find it hard to believe that Nerovision Express 2 can't accept a .m2v file though. I thought this was a fairly standard mpeg-2 filetype. Am I wrong about that?
