    After I upgraded to 10.3.3, I have noticed that the DVD Player now deinterlaces. Is this new, or have I just noticed it?

    Its new, I noticed it too. Its not perfect but its a lot better than before.

    there is deinterlacing in the player. i played a interlaced apl dvd and nothing looked better then before the update.
