My problems is that a have recorded some AVI-files from my TV-tuner card. The audio is out-of-sync.
I need a program where i can "move" the audio-track, and see the result before converting to DVD.

Here's what I do. Check the AVI file after I create it from my tuner card (at a couple different spots in the movie). If it's off, I use virtualdub to adjust the delay. I then save off a small piece and "eyeball" it to see if the words match the mouths. Nothing scientific, but that's what I do...
