DVD9 to DVD5 with CCE, DVD2DVDR

I'm trying to make backups of the friends season 6 dvds. I first ripped with dvddecryptor but this is where i am confused. I want to keep the menu at original quality while reencoding the rest of the dvd. Also, after I reencode with cce, how do i replace the original files? Thanks in advance.

Using DVD2DVD-R on an episode disk is a bit tricky. It only allows ya to select one episode at a time and no menus.

Yr Friends DVDs have 4 episodes each and you mention keeping the original menus...
May i suggest using DVDShrink on a full disk backup instead? It will allow ya to keep all menus etc.
Another suggestion would be to split the original DVD in two DVD-Rs (2 episodes each with menus) with IfoEdit.
