    I have a JVC XV-521, DVD or CD doesn't spin at all. Nothing works, followed the eeprom reset procedure from JVC but no luck.

    Will it eject? Do the lights flash? Is the power cable plugged in? Is it new? Does it have a warranty? Does the place of purchase have a solid return policy?
