    dis mite b a dum question but is it possible to connect a vcr to pc so dat films on vcr can b converted to vcd? also is dis possble wit a dvd standalone player ?

    Yes, this method you are looking for is called capturing. You will need a capture card, where you can hook up your DVD, VCR, Camcorder etc.

    If you are interested there is a section in the "HOW TO" section all about capturing. When you are interested in the different sorts of capture cards go to the "Other" section and choose "capture cards".
