    i used virtualdub before afew times but i've never come accross the following error... what does it mean and what do i have to do? plz help... im trying to cut bits out of the movie.

    hey thanks for the reply...
    been cheking all over the net cuz i reely wanted it to work.. i eventually read somewhere to download ac-3 acm decompressor... downloaded it and it worked!!
    then came on videohelp to tell everyone i solved it and saw ur reply. lolz!

    Next time... use GSpot to recognize codecs.

    And remember - VirtualDub use ACM codecs for audio and VfW for Video - not use DirectShow filters.
