my problem:

i have a SRT subtitles file and a xvid video file (both are 23ftp!), after converting the video file to 720x480 ntsc and 29ftps i imported the video in maestro. till now everything works proberly. (normally i use ENCORE but its even more complicated to get the subs working there)

here the main prob:

i convert the SRT to SUB (using SUB. WORKSHOP or VOBSUB) and i switch the ftps in workshop to 29ftps ... do i have to do that by the way ?!??!? then i import them in MAESTROsbt and make my maestro subtitel format SON and create the bmps which i have to import later.

i can import the subs but they arent synch ... what am i doing wrong ??!

any tutorial online anywhere ???
