  1. I have a DVD-R disc that has got some scratches on it.
I want to take a copy of the disc, but because certain files on the disc cannot be read 100% ok, I cannot fathom how to do it.
I don't care if the the copy has a few problems so long as I can copy it.
I have cleaned it and tried to read with DVD Decrypter, but just keep getting CRC error.
Anyone know how I can do this?

  2. Try using iso buster to exact the files (www.IsoBuster.com), haven't tried using it will dvd's but i think it should workl. You can adjust a few settings if the defult exact mode doesn't work, like exacting it raw etc. hope this helps.

  3. Tried the free version of Isobuster - it locked up my system.

Would the Pro version give better results?

Anyone else have any ideas on this one?

What reader are you using? When I have problems with the drive not reading, I use another brand. I have 3 different type's of CDRom, and if it can't be read by those I forget about it.
