    Can I create my own menus from a flash prodject!?Or how can i make a menu witch is moving??

  2. Take a look to the left under Author (there are also guides at http://www.doom9.org). Basically a DVD menu is just another MPEG file (motion or still) with a subpicture overlay to define the location of the buttons. Your auhtoring software will then define what happens when each button is selected.

    You can convert your flash project to MPEG2 (eg. use Magic swf2avi, then convert avi to MPEG2). You then need an authoring program that accepts motion MPEG files.

    I personally use DVD Menu Studio to generate the subpicture and then author with DVD Maestro. But there are lots of options (again see the author section to the left). DVD Lab is a popular choice (only allows one VTS thou) as it's cheap (30day free trail then $80 US).
