  1. I've been using nero recode 2 for quite sometime now and I find it very easy to use. However, I wanna try dvdshrink to transcode my dvd movies.
How do I get rid of unwanted extras like these upcoming movies on dvds, ads, etc.? Thanks.

Recode and DVD Shrink are from the same author and niether can get rid of extras. CloneDVD is quite capable of getting rid of extras. It will delete Fbi warnings, preview trailers, and any other "extras" you don't want.

Use DVDStripper before DVDShrink and you can get any or none of the extras with the menu intact.

    soundforbjt,

Can you point to how to achieve this. As far as I can see DVD Stripper is a ripper like DVD Decryptor is. What can I alter when using DVD Stripper that will allow me to keep menus and eliminate selective extras?
