I am trying to get slightly better audio out of TMPEGencoder. I am following the advice of this article https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc#problems about using tooLame.
The tooLame download seems to just be source code, no compiled .exe. Any idea where the compiled version lives?
=---EDIT------
Found tooLame compiled here: http://www.doom9.org/ for anyone else who needs. Be aware that you want version 02k not 02l for TMPEG

The newer versions, 2.5 series, of TMPGEnc Plus have a "High Quality" MP2 encoding setting in the Environmental Settings page, which enables TMPGEnc's internal audio encoding. This setting will not generate a temporary .wav file before encoding like tooLame does.
