is there a simple program that gets rid of a channel logo that sits in the corner of a screen on my VHS captures of a TV show so that i can burn onto a DVD?![]()

I think the best one is Delogo which is a Virtual Dub filter
edit" It's not real simple at first , but you get used to it -
Is it true that you can only use delogo on the computer, as opposed to somehow using it on your DVD recorder itself? (I'm a newbie).

Yes. Actually it does not remove the logo it just covers it with a ....transparent ghost effect(for lack of a better description). Sorta like the digitized pixelation used for cencoring incidents like Janet Jacksons wonderful and oh so perky for an almost 40 year old lady's tata. But I digress
