Strange deal with the compression and IC 8. Many cases I select greater and greater disc sizes and wind up with almost the exact same disc size. Do you actually get the compression levels you select?
The only registry changes I made are to enable creating discs over 4.3GB. A great example is Bourne Identity. Couldn't split it with DVDfab, so I just grabbed the movie with no menus. I left all english soundtracks in, including the DTS. They are all 4.22 GB.
IC8Size Comp. Actual Image
5.75 GB 92.65% 4,533,487,973
5.9 GB 95.68% 4,533,477,733
6.07 GB 99.14% 4,533,307,749
I know you can change the amount of video to analyze, I just haven't done it since I've had good luck on the size of the image so far. This is the first time I did the same movie so many times.
