    anyone know what's the best software for making VCD menu???

    the more options, the better...cause I want to make a good loking menu

    ive used nero vision express in the past to do this, though alot of people will tell u it has more issues than rolling stone, and theyd be right but its menus can look great even lets u use audio and video as a background, another 1 is vcd easy for which there are many guides on this site
