    Anyone know how to make subtitles for SVCD? (which you can turn on or off the subtitles during playing SVCD) What software do you use? Thanks

    I-Author and Philips SVCD designer are supposed to be the only tools, that create soft subs. Unfortunately I could not work with the philips tool, because it requires WinNT.

    I don't think I-Author is still available for downloads, but I don't know about Philips. Do you know where can I download the softwares?
