    Hi
    Just done the above with ulead movie factory 2 and also with with Aare converter.

    The file input file is Divx5 AC3.

    Vid comes out great but no sound!
    Any ideas on why this is?

    Thats certainly why ulead movie factory 2 produces no sound, it doesn't handle Ac3. Check the user guides for methods of converting this file to a DVD compliant mpeg.
