I have a Dell 8300, new JVC VCR, video card is a ATI All-In-Wonder 9000 Pro. I am trying to use the software to record from VCR to hard drive and then to DVD. On the TV when I play the VCR, there is no lines, picture looks OK. When I pull the software up the video is jumping on the screen with lines in it and thats how it records on the DVD. Have shut down all other programs, unplugged everything that could interfere with it, nothing helps. I am almost totally computer illiterate here. Have heard of a video stabilizer, would this help or could someone help!! I have 85 tapes to record to DVD and can;t! HELP!!!!
