I captured logitech pro 9000 video using software that came with logitech webcam.
The video is high quality!!
But when I import to premiere pro CS3, the video quality is awful.
I setup desktop- width 320, height 240 - 29.97 frames/second - no field(progressive scan) - 30 fps drop frame timecode
captured video from logitech
Type: Windows Media
File Size: 6.1 MB
Image Size: 320 x 240
Pixel Depth: 320
Frame Rate: 15.00
Source Audio Format: 32000 Hz - 16 bit - Mono
Project Audio Format: 32000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Mono
Total Duration: 00;01;12;03

what are you trying to do with it? the 15fps/86Kbs data rate is pretty bad. not sure you can make anything nice with it.
