  1. Hi dont know if this is meant 2 happen but in my computer properties it says my pioneer 106D is a CD-Drive/writer not dvd writer , is this wrong and if so , how can i fix it?

  2. Have you got media in the drive ? or is it empty, i also have a 106D and when i insert cdr it says its a cdrom/writer and by comparision when i insert dvd media its a dvd/writer

    as far as ive noticed anyways it always works fine no matter what the media inserted but what firmware haveyou currently got on the 106D ?
    It appears that the CPU was operating so fast that it began to execute instructions before they arrived. This execution of future instructions created a small tear in space-time itself through which part of the cpu passed into a parallel universe
