Liteon 411S burning speeds

I have a 411S and I noticed that when using DVDR+ in burns fine about 20 minutes to burn a DVD, but when I use DVDR- it takes about 60 minutes to burn a DVD.
I tried different brands of DVDR- and they all burn very slow.
Can anyone help with this problem.

You need to be a little more specific about the media.
15 to 20 minutes would be about 4x speed, while 60 minutes would be 1x speed so it may be all the media you have as type -R is 1x while your +R media is 4x. A little more info is needed though for a firm answer.
