  2. nevermind i found the answer /// https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers.php?DVDname=ad-1201&Submit=Search&Search=Search i thought most all dvd players like dvd r+ and not the dvd r- , i only got a dvd r+ burner

but i do have another question is the anyway to add more text to the dvd menu maker ... like i want to add dates at the bottom of the menu but the menumaker only allows you to have the movies names on it

also i had a menu problem in my other dvd player a classic dvd102 ...
when i made the menu it came up all scrambled and i couldnt select the movie to watch.. did this have anything to do with not selecting between pal and ntsc in the menumaker? i think i might have selected pal even though i think i should have selected ntsc cuz im in the US

You could put the date text in your background image.

You need to select the same standard as you mpgs are. If you got NTSC mpgs you need a NTSC menu. And check if your dvd-players plays PAL that might help with discovering a solutuin for your problem.

I never got that problem, I'm mixing ntsc/pal but use pal menu becuse my TV does'nt support ntsc. Don't know if I can use ntsc menu. My player have ntsc -->pal built in. Think most have.

Some players don't mind but some do so if you got problems try this.

Then the question is your tv able to play PAL? Cause some (older) tv's don't
