    I burnt a dvd in windows by right clicking the blank dvd clicking explore then dragging and dropping a file containing VOB/BUP/IFO files and it plays in windows but when i try to play it in my mac it says blank disc, PS3 says not recognize and dvd player the same....

    Probably because the VOB/BUP/IFO files are not in a Video_TS folder as is required by the DVD specs.

    Additionally, DVD-VIDEO disks require the files in the VIDEO_TS folder to be in a very specific order on the disk. "Drag and Drop" won't order the files correctly. Windows can still play it as a data disk, but it doesn't comply with the DVD-VIDEO specification. Just use ImgBurn for the burning, and your problem should go away.
