1 mp3 with 2 tracks

hey, i have a movie file with german and english languages which i can choose from wmp (Play > Language). now i would like to encode this file to svcd but how do i choose the language i want to keep? if i just hit start in tmpgenc and let it roll, it finishes with german audio so i think the german audio is the primary and the english audio the secondary one. is there a way i could ditch the german audio track completely from the avi file? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open with VirtualDubMod
Go to Streams, Stream List, and Click on the stream you want to keep.
Now click on Demux.

Now author as normal and choose this as your audio source.
