  1. I am buying a new computer mainly for DVD capturing/editing/burning as well as some game playing. I have the choice to pick from the following cards.
    Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB
    Radeon 9600XT 128MB
    Radeon 9800 SE 128MB
All in Wonder Radeon 9000 64MB

Which card would give me the best options. I am a newbie to authoring and want one that will be easy to capture video from TV, VHS and Camcorders.

The system that I am buy is a
    AMD Athlon XP 3000
    1 Gig RAm
    120 Gig HD
    Sony DRU 510a DVD burner

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Well, unless the first three are All in Wonder cards, your only choice is the AIW Radeon 9000. As far as I know, none of the standard Radeon cards includes the ability to capture video (unlike the AIW series, which does have this ability).
Don't sweat the petty things, just pet the sweaty things.

  3. Lord Smurf knows a lot about the ATI cards, hopefully he will be around to help.

My nomination would be for the AIW 9000.
