If your destination format is going to be MPEG-2 (for DVD authoring for example), you might look at the Hauppauge PVR-250. It has the connectors you are looking for. The software also has a high degree of control, so you can customise your recordings. I have this card myself, and it is amazing (hence my pimping it here...)

Well i advice you to buy the same card i have then (germans knows what's good
But it seems terratec don't sell it anymore :/
This is my third card and so far the best
chipset philips ,ntsc,pal,secam support pal 60hertz of course(i use it everyday almost)
video inputs: s-video,composite,antenna
and last but certainly NOT least audio inputs
+ some other stuff i never use like tv remote or even the radio or tv tuner lol..it's complete
price is reasonable i bought it something like 60€(+/-) one year ago.
