I use the ( Ulead MovieFactory) to make VCDs.
I made a VCD that contains 3 .dat files ( 3 Video Clips).
The CD is still having a room in it.
The question is: Can I add a new .dat file to that CD? and How. ?

Nope. the cd is finalized and no longer writable.

Rip the dat's to mpeg (isobuster) then author them all together.
