I've heard that people are using Shrink (deep analysis) to compress their movies and then that they are using IC8 to further the process (compression, burn, ?). I am not too sure what exactly they are doing but it sounded as though they are compressing it twice and then burning it giving them a better quality. My question's this: how can you do a deep analysis with Shrink with the WHOLE DVD and not just the main movie? And what's this process that people are using? Thanks for the help.

If you compress anything twice you will lose quality. Period. I dont know who is doing this but it is very foolish if they are looking for quality.

Okay, thanks for the help. That's all I was wondering. How about encoding w/ CCE. Would you recommend that method?
