    Whats the difference between VCD2.0 and VCD3.0 ..
    Is the encoding specs any different etc?
    Please explain. Thanks.

    As far as I am concerned, Version 3.0 is used mainly for mainland China's educational multimedia purpose only, where users or students can communicate with the player (unlike VCD 2.0 which only for entertainment purpose).
    There are not difference in video or audio quality...
