  1. Hi all !

I'm tring frameserve a Divx5.1 File to TMPEGenc 2.5 Plus. The TMPEGenc don't read the *.vdr extension. I'm using Virtualdub to frameserve.
    When I use a divx4 I don't have problems. What can I do ?
An other question: I can open the file with windows media player, but If I use Avisynth the picture is a green screen....

Why won't your TMPGEnc read .vdr's?
    Hello.

  3. It says: "File "G:\Formiga.vdr" can not open or unsupported"

But I use others avi files to frameserve and works..!!

Try to reinstall the codec you use for the video in question.

You're right. Try to have TMPGEnc open it with AviSynth. This worked for me.
    Hello.

  7. Hi All,

I receive the same advise when I use AviSynth to frameserve...
    Forgive-me, but I don't understand the post:
"TMPGEnc won't recognize VDR file! period! Try it out and you see what I means!"

What does mean ? Can You be more explicit please ?

    Sorry about my English....

    Merry Christmas

Why frameserve. I open and encode DIVX files in TMPEG. Just convert the audio to wave, open the avi in video and the wav in audio.

Well, it seems TMPGEnc does not like DivX 5.1. Really weird.
    Hello.
