Try AutoshrinkISO, DVDshrink, DvdDecrypter to burn. This combo makes it easy.

Just use DVD DECRYPTER to rip, encode and to burn for DVD-5. All in one program is best for single layer DVD.

  7. What kind of problems ? When Nero 6 first came out their were a lot of problems and it needs to be patched, but once you get it working it is by far the best ripper for ALL your needs(DVD and CD). Since you have a legal copy AHEAD software would like to help its customers, I called tech support and got a few problems worked out very quickly, they are open on weekdays from 9 to 5 PST. If you cannot use v6 go back to 5, I also found that you have to uninstall 5 completely BEFORE installing 6 that helped a lot.

Huh? Nero doesn't generally distribute discrete patches; it rolls them into the currently downloadable install kit. If you need to update, it's done by downloading the current version's self extracting executable and running it. Not a very complex process at all.

And I haven't had any problems with creating DVDs with it since I first installed 6.0.0.11.
