Can i convert avi 2 dvd,how long will it take and how much hard drive space will i need.
My pc info...
xp pro.

AMD Athlon1400,

256 memory

have a look at the guides over on the left - there are dozens of different ways of doing this.

So, yes it is possible.

How long will it take? depends on the source, and on the software you use for the conversion. As a guide, probably 2 to 4 times the playlength of the video.

You don't necessarily need lots of hard disk space; other than enough to hold the files which you will burn to DVD (i.e. about 4.5gig) and some extra for 'intermediate files' - 10gig or so should be more than enough.

Have a look at the guides, and ask specific questions about what you find in there.
