i have an MPEG file that im trying to burn as a vcd but when i load it into easy cd, it says the system clock ref. is 1200 but there isnt' an "X" next to it so why would i be able to burn that file as a vcd??

The absence of an 'x' signifies that the mpg file is compliant.
