  1. I have a MPEG file i think im not sure if it is. How do i check it dosent say anything if i go into properties. Well, anyhow i have a file and everything works but the sound is a little of from the movie. When they stop talking you can still hear them talking. Like the audio isnt "in pattern" with the movie. How do i fix that?

Check your file with avicodec and it will tell you what it is. You have an audio-video synchronization problem, the most asked question on this site. If the audio is out by a fixed amount (as opposed to a sync problem that gets worse throughout the movie) then you can extract the audio, add a positive or negative delay and re-multiplex it back into the original file. Sounds easy, it's not. How you go about all that depends on what type of file you have.
