Premiere 6/ccraft plugin & jumping pictures

I really think that this set up is pretty good.
I get an audio sync issue but if I move the audio 6
frames away from the video that fixes it.
There is a little jumpiness about the video when
put onto a VCD and played in a DVD/VCD player.
This is not true when using the panasonic plugin
but the trade off is 2.5min per minute on with cc and
6min per minute with Pan.

I guess I should say has anyone else seen this with the cc plugin
and fixed the problem....is it a set up or something?
